Refund policy

At Glowlyn, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and issued via the original payment method or bank transfer. Please note: No returns on sale items or hygiene products.
